The natural gas trolley type quenching furnace can be divided into high-temperature trolley type quenching furnace, medium temperature trolley type quenching furnace, and low-temperature trolley type quenching furnace according to different rated temperatures. They are selected according to their respective product characteristics, and the furnace size and load capacity are ordered according to customer requirements. The structure of the trolley type quenching furnace mainly consists of a heating furnace body, a regenerative combustion system, a mobile loading trolley, and a PLC intelligent control system

1. Natural gas trolley type quenching furnace body: The furnace body is made of steel sections and steel plates welded into a long square body, and the furnace lining adopts an energy-saving structure with fast heating. It is made of high-quality long fiber felt as raw material and special equipment. Compared with other products, the advantages are low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance, and thermal insulation. In addition, the anchor is set on the cold surface of the furnace body, which improves the high temperature resistance strength of the fiber;

2. Regenerative combustion system and flue gas waste heat recovery system make full use of flue gas waste heat to preheat the combustion supporting air, with high thermal energy utilization rate and high energy-saving and environmental protection efficiency;

3. Mobile loading trolley: The trolley frame is formed by welding steel sections, and its rigidity ensures that it will not deform under full load. The interior is built with refractory bricks, and the collision prone and load-bearing parts are built with high alumina refractory bricks to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. The trolley adopts a self-propelled structure, driven by a reducer sprocket to move on the track. The sealing of the trolley adopts an automatic maze structure and contact double sealing. When the trolley is driven out, it is electrically controlled and equipped with an electromagnetic brake to prevent inertia from hitting the furnace body. It is also interlocked, that is, when the furnace door is slightly opened, the heating element is automatically cut off and the power supply of the trolley walking mechanism is restored;

4. PLC intelligent control system: PLC intelligent control console for car type quenching furnace temperature and pressure, with separate temperature control in multiple zones. Each temperature zone has a thermocouple for temperature control and temperature detection. The intelligent digital display temperature controller can set, correct, display, control and sound and light alarm after high temperature.

5. The trolley carrier can quickly tilt the workpiece into the quenching solution or water tank under high temperature conditions. The natural gas quenching furnace is composed of hydraulic flipping mechanism, plunger pump, hydraulic cylinder, overflow valve, electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, high-pressure rubber hose, etc. The trolley is designed as a double layered structure with strong hinge connections. When tipping over, it should be stable, equipped with anti rollover safety devices, and the protective devices should be interlocked in order of action.

6. The bottom plate of the trolley furnace is made of high-temperature heat-resistant steel. Use high-temperature resistant and strong screws to fix the refractory masonry of the furnace bottom. Overlap the stoppers between the blocks to ensure that the oxide scale does not fall into the heating element slot. High temperature resistant lining, no heat storage, no oxidation, thermal insulation and sealing.

7. The furnace door adopts an electric hoist for up and down lifting and opening, and the principle of strong spring lever self presses and tightens the soft sealing furnace mouth. The PLC intelligent control system adopts the control of temperature rise and insulation curve, with thermocouples placed in the middle area of each heating element, which can timely transmit the collected information to the temperature control surface. Timely adjust the power output on the surface.
